The next Second Chance Raffle begins Friday, November 22, 2024 at 10:00am for the #1042 Happy Thanksgiving Ticket.

The VI Lottery's Second Chance program allows you to turn a non-winning full sheet ticket into another chance to win. Every two weeks players will be able to register their losing tickets into a raffle to win a $200 GIFT CARD from participating merchants.
